I just scored 100% on my quality! YAY! K, let me explain. Here at work, we're monitored for quality of calls. And, my quality has been my worst stat so far. It seems I always forget one or 2 little details in a call. Tonight I seem to be on FIRE! I so just got my first 100%. I'm so proud of me. I've always taken pride in my customer service, wether it's working a retail job, or in my own businesses, and so it was really bugging me that I couldn't seem to get my quality here up to par. It feels so great to hit 100%! Especially since I've been having crazy calls today. (full moon, remember?). I think I deserve a big hug when I get home. *hint*hint* ;)
