Today is my first day of my new position here at Asurion. I'm now in Advanced Customer Care. It's exciting, and a little intimidating. I miss my old team already (love you Dyan!). I'm a little apprehensive about this new department. It's looking like I'm not going to get a whole lot of training for soem areas though. Everyone here is fantastic with helping and answering my 500 questions though. Keeping my fingers crossed that I can learn fast and do a good job. ^_^
Oh, and I think I get my own desk. CSR's don't have designated desks, it's just find an available spot when you come in. With ACC, everyone has their own desk. But, apparantly today the whole department is all in a upheavel, and everyone is switching seats, so today I'm a someone else's desk. I want my own desk. :(
